Trailer Trash: Iron Man 3 – Trailer #2

With just under 2 months to go until its UK release, the second trailer for Iron Man 3 has been released online and it is FREAKING AWESOME!!!

Iron Man 3 sets off Marvel’s Phase 2 Starting Gun and takes place after the events of Avengers Assemble, where Stark comes up against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at the hands of his enemies, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This new trailer shows how high the stakes are for Tony Stark’s Iron Man, giving us a better look at Sir Ben Kingsley’s performance as the hotly anticipated villain: The Mandarin and showing some pretty intense scenes of drama and action. The trailer itself is already better than the entirety of Iron Man 2 but will it beat the first Iron Man film? Well, we’ve only to wait till April 25th to find out.

Iron Man 3 hits UK cinemas, in 3D, 2D & IMAX, on April 25th and US Cinemas May 4th. It brings back Robert Downey Jr, Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Paul Bettany & Jon Favreau and also introduces Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall and Sir Ben Kingsley to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The new film is directed by Shane Black.
