Expendables 2 Final Poster
The final poster for The Expendables 2 has just been released, and this time Stallone and his gang of aging action legends are ‘Back For War’. The sequel is out on August 17th and sees the expendables out for revenge after one of their own is killed on an assignment.
Now G.I Joe 2 has been put back 9 months, this follow up stands as the only beacon for old school action this summer. The first Expendables might have been loathed by critics, but it banked a very respectable $274 million around the world. Director Simon West has upped the ante and has added Chuck Norris, Jean Claude Van Damme and Liam Hemsworth to the cast.
The action legends have a combined age of 569 years, many of them are passed retirement aged but god help me I can’t wait to see this movie. You know it will be filled with awful dialogue, questionable acting, and implausible action and loaded with so much testosterone the first two rows will became instantly pregnant regardless of gender.
