First On Set Picture From Iron Man 3

Filming is now underway on Shane Black’s first entry in the Marvel Universe, after the huge success of The Avengers audiences can’t wait to get their next fix of Tony Stark.

The kindly folks at Marvel.com have released this first picture, which firmly states that Stark is going back to the workshop. The addition of the previous Iron Man suits is a nice touch, we glimpsed these in the second movie so it’s nice to see them on display again.

Last week on set pictures of the Iron Patriot emerged, but this is the first official picture to be released from the movie. There’s still a long way to go before the May 3rd release date, but with Shane Black calling the shots it will be worth the wait.
