Trailer Trash: New Prometheus Trailer EEEEKKKKK!!!!

Sunday night on UK screens the brand new international trailer for Ridley Scott’s Prometheus was aired. There is plenty of new footage in the latest promo, and even more of the ‘Alien DNA’ on display. Not that geeks like me need any further reason to be excited by this movie, this has caused a meltdown on the forums.

One vital thing I did learn whilst watching the trailer, I can hold my breath and not blink for just over 3 minutes when in a deep state of geek-out.

The marketing campaign has been very slick indeed, from the numerous viral videos to the variety of different full length trailers it’s be a first class effort and it’s clearly paying off already.

We already know the Weyland connection, Space Jockey and the planet they land on is LV-426, but without wanting to spoil it for the non geeks I will say no more, just watch the trailer and enjoy. AND THEN WATCH IT AGAIN!
